The ski-region is "Steinplatte" near "Reit im Winkl". I do hope that there is snow left at the end of the week :-P
Where are you both going to?
Probably going to Flachau but I have to check with my friends who organise the trip...
I have split this topic from the squad match topic. (Another nice option made possible by the new board. :D )

I was snowboarding all last week here: www.whistlerblackcomb.com. One day we had 43cm of fresh powder. :D I'll probably head up again in a few weeks.
Other local areas I go to:
www.mtbakerskiarea.com (422cm base!!)
www.stevenspass.com
www.crystalmt.com (just got 91cm new snow this past week)
yay!
Yay!
Been to Whistler in June last year (but ont for skiing). I'm getting kinda anvious at your powder levels there ;).
Snow in the Alps is ok but not that fancy any more after a warm front took lotsa snow away. I long for some real nice powder and off-pist skiing...
Just came back from a snowboarding trip to La plagne. Snow conditions were good but no powder (and i really wanted to check out my new nidecker megalight in the powder :(
%$#$#%$#%&** busted my !@#%^& knee on the 1st day when i hit an icy patch while doing a fast carve. Spend half the next day in hospital for the doctor to conclude that : yes you have a busted knee  Ah well at least i could walk and take the baby out for long walks. The knee only hurts like hell when i do backside turns. I asked the Slope people to build me a nice piste traversing the mountain from right to left so that i could carve without having to turn to my backside but they thought it was too much work
Ah well shit happens
Reaper
Doah!
Sorry to hear that dude.
